Chef was born in Tokyo and grew up in Yokohama. Non stop adventure for
food all over the world by motorbike with pc in hand, he learned and
recorded some of the rare recipes in countries. He now opens his restaurant
with inspiration from all over the world.

eventually resigned from Japan airlines and resides in Burgundy.
